We designed and developed a centralized construction project management platform for MyG’s new showroom construction, expansion, renovation, and maintenance projects. Each project can be connected to a business entity, showroom, warehouse, coordinator, and defined scope of work.

The platform manages tenders and vendor quotations for civil works, electrical installations, tiling, interior woodwork, signage, fixtures, and other construction activities. Approved quotations can progress through work orders, material requests, purchase orders, stock issues, invoices, milestone payments, expenses, and recoveries.

A centralized approval dashboard highlights pending work-order invoices, purchase-order invoices, quotations, and payments. Project-level financial summaries provide clear visibility into committed costs, invoiced amounts, paid values, approved expenses, and pending liabilities.

The system also supports material movement, inventory, petty cash, supplier payments, maintenance contracts, project closure, approval histories, and detailed operational reporting—helping management control project cost, procurement, and execution from initiation through completion.
